To download, hit the download button (there is one for Windows and one for Mac) and then unzip the file. Once the file has unzipped, find the .exe file labeled "application" and run it. If you click the application button before unzipping, it will prompt you to unzip it first.

I have no clue how it works on Mac tbh.
